Srinath Krishnan is the Country Total Rewards Head for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, with over 21 years of rich experience in various facets of Human Resources including Rewards, Talent Services, and Business Partnering in manufacturing, BFSI, IT and ITES sectors.

In Hewlett Packard Enterprise Srinath is responsible to design and drive the Total Rewards strategy for India, partner with COE teams to deliver global programs and work with stakeholders to help and deliver employee experience through these programs. Prior to this Srinath, was Head of Total Rewards at AXA Business Services and LinkedIn India where he helped design the Total Rewards strategy, campus compensation program and automation of rewards process. He was also Director of Compensation and Benefits at Yahoo India where he helped lead and design the benefits and wellness strategy for India R&D centre. Srinath worked for Dell International as an HR Business Partner for their Customer Care and Technical Support Organization.

Srinath has completed his post graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Science Mumbai with a Diploma in Labour Laws from Poona University. He also completed his certification in Global Remuneration from the World at Work USA. Prior to that, he completed his bachelors degree in commerce from University of Saugar.
