Arvind is founder and CEO of The Fuller Life (TFL), India’s most experienced employee and customer engagement company, since 2001. He is also the founder of Runners for Life(RFL) – a running community that organizes some of the best foot races in the country.

A graduate of IIM Calcutta and an engineer by education, he has 21 years of experience (15 of them running TFL), he has worked in companies as diverse as indya.com, Kale Consultants and Amitabh Bachchan Corporation Ltd (ABCL). The only commonality is that all of them were start-up environments.

He thinks of himself as a student of business. His hobbies include running and fitness. He is very proud of writing and living the “One Life. Do More.” credo of The Fuller Life.
