Amber Alam is an accomplished leader with over 16 years in Health Tech and Employee Wellness market space. He heads the Optum Employer India business and also manages special projects for Optum’s APAC arm of business. Amber is a PRINCE2® practitioner and a seasoned program manager with experience in handling high profile projects over multiple geographies.

Amber has presented as a Keynote speaker at the EAPA world conference and has also presented at various other wellness conferences such as APEAR, Maxis GBN, NHRDN, OneMind, Arogyaworld and several other HR benefits forums across the globe. He has been serving the APEAR board as a board member since 2015 representing the Indian subcontinent.
