Vaishali Kasture is a Partner with Deloitte Consulting. She has over 24 years of Banking and financial services industry experience. She has worked in India, Japan and Hong Kong for firms like Citibank, Infosys, Goldman Sachs and is currently working with Deloitte. Vaishali leads the MNC Banking relationships for Deloitte and is also the India leader for Robotics Process Automation. She is also the D&I leader for the consulting practice in India.

Vaishali has a MBA(Finance) and is a gold medallist from Jamnalal Bajaj ( Mumbai). She is also a merit ranker –ICWAI.

She is an avid fitness enthusiast – and a runner. She has run 5 of the 6 world marathon majors and some Ultra Marathons.

Vaishali is co founder of India Amateur Runners Trust. She is also co-founder of Sonder Connect- India’s most powerful mentoring platform for female entrepreneurs.
