Devi Mani leads Total Rewards for Asia Pacific and Japan at HPE where she is responsible for Compensation, Benefits, Mergers & Acquisitions and Wellness.
Prior to this she was with Target Corporation and IBM in leadership roles in Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility, GE Capital in Operations, Six Sigma and Service Delivery.
In her career spanning 20 years, Devi has worked across the hospitality and the IT industry in operations, Six Sigma and leadership roles with P&L responsibilities.
Devi is a hotel management graduate and went on to study further at the Stanford GSB.
Devi is an avid reader and is passionate about health and fitness.
