Shalini Pillay is the Head of People, Performance & Culture (PPC), at KPMG in India and is responsible for all aspects of the HR function, encompassing manpower planning and talent acquisition, organisational design and development, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, and employee relations. She is also a member of the India Leadership team, and the KPMG in India Board.

Shalini is an engineer from the University of Mumbai and a Chartered Accountant by background, and has been passionately pursuing a career in business consulting for close to 20 years. She has been involved in delivering a full range of business advisory and financial consulting services to clients across diverse industries.
