Manoshi has a variety of experiences across industry with roles spanning from HR Business Partner, Leadership Development, Change Management and Compensation & Benefits. Prior to Intuit, she was with Microsoft as Compensation and Benefits Lead for India, where she led multiple initiatives including redesigning the Health & Wellness strategy for India. She is credited with re-launching the Employee Assistance Program as MS CARES, introducing More@Microsoft campaign and launching Live Well 365 Health & wellness initiative. The MS CARES campaign was selected as a best practice case study at the World Health Congress in 2014 and the Live Well 365 initiative won the first award under Health & wellness innovative practices category held by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in 2015.

At Intuit, her recent focus has been in leveraging technology to bring both preventive as well as rehabilitation related health care services to the doorsteps of the employees.

Manoshi has a Master’s degree in Economics from BHU followed by an MBA in HR from Symbiosis (SCMHRD). An avid reader & traveler – she is passionate about topics related to Health & Wellbeing.
